Privacy

This site is run by Graith Internet, a partnership based in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. It exists to describe Club 100 and to give you a way to get in touch.

This website

It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser, time) for security and fault-finding, and they are deleted on rotation. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests it from Google's servers; Google's own privacy policy applies to that request.

If you email or ring

Your name, contact details and what you tell me about your club are kept in my email and, if you go ahead, in my accounts system, for as long as we are in contact and then for the period the law requires for business records. They are not shared with anyone else and are never used for marketing lists.

If your club uses Club 100

Your club is the data controller for its members' details. Graith Internet hosts the software on its behalf and is a processor. Member names, contact details and bank references are encrypted in the database, are visible only to the club's own administrators, and are handed back or deleted when a club leaves. That processor relationship is put in writing for the club at setup, as UK GDPR requires.

Your rights and who to ask

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email brian@club100.org.uk.
